1. Who Is Responsible

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to answer your questions, deliver your purchase, and run your course account:

• Your name and email address if you contact us or create a course account, including through Google sign-in
• Your course progress: lessons completed and practice and test scores, so you can pick up where you left off
• Order details shared with us by our payment and printing providers (such as your name, email, billing province, and the product purchased)
• Website usage statistics, described in section 5

3. How We Use Information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, deliver and support your purchase, run your course account, send account emails such as password resets, and improve the Site. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Payments and Service Providers

Workbook purchases are processed by Payhip, printed editions are sold and shipped by Lulu, and online course purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. We also use Vercel to host the Site and Google Firebase to store course accounts and progress. Some lesson videos are embedded from YouTube, which may set its own cookies when you play them.

5. Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure how visitors use the Site. It does not use cookies. It records pages viewed, the referring site, approximate location (country or region), and device and browser type, and identifies a visit using a temporary hash of your IP address and browser details that is discarded after 24 hours. We also record clicks on purchase links. We do not use this data to identify you or to track you across other websites.

6. Where Your Information Is Stored

Our service providers, including Vercel, Google Firebase and Stripe, are located in the United States, and Payhip and Lulu process workbook orders outside Canada. Your information may be stored and processed outside Canada, and may be accessible to courts, law enforcement and national security authorities of those countries. We use contracts and other measures to protect it.

7. How Long We Keep It

Course account and progress data are kept while your account is active and deleted within 90 days of a deletion request, or two years after your course access ends. Transaction records are kept for as long as tax law requires (currently six years). Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to help you.

8. Your Rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing support@iamredsealready.com. We will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. Course data can only be read and written by our server; it is not directly accessible from the browser.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Updates will be posted on this page with a new date.
